Dear Resident, Happy Easter.
Just a reminder about our next Active Bystander training session Thursday 7th May 2026, 1830-2030hrs.
So far, we have had about 70 coordinators attend the previous sessions. We would love to eventually train all coordinators in Active Bystander, please consider it. The session is very “user friendly” and welcoming, you can interact or you can choose to just quietly listen, we respect different learning styles, the important thing is you come and you learn.
If you would like to sign up for our next session, please just send me an email with -
YOUR NAME: WATCH NAME: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: YOUR MOBILE NUMBER:
And I will add you to the list and provide you with a joining link in due course.
This is the same course as I have previously held, however if there were others in your group who would benefit, or someone in a partner agency, who would really like to come, they would be welcome. The only criteria really are that they have a connection with NWS, are working for the benefit of their community, and would use/benefit from the training.
